Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms explain how paid subscriptions, recurring billing, renewals, cancellations, and access to services are handled through Edison Ledger. By purchasing or maintaining a subscription, you agree to these terms.

Subscription Services

Edison Ledger may offer paid subscription services, including but not limited to content access, sponsored content opportunities, press release distribution, advertising placements, publishing services, business visibility services, and other recurring digital services.

The specific features, deliverables, pricing, and billing schedule for each subscription will be provided at the time of purchase or within a written agreement, invoice, checkout page, or service confirmation.

Billing and Payment

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase. This may include monthly, quarterly, annual, or custom billing terms.

By subscribing, you authorize Edison Ledger or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for all applicable subscription fees, taxes, and approved charges on a recurring basis until the subscription is canceled or terminated.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information accurate and up to date.

Automatic Renewal

Unless canceled before the next billing date, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

Renewal charges will be processed using the payment method on file. If payment fails, access to subscription services may be paused, limited, or terminated until the outstanding balance is resolved.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process provided at the time of signup, through your account portal, by contacting our support team, or through the payment platform used to manage your subscription.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next subscription period.

Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments.

Refund Policy

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once billed, unless otherwise required by law or stated in a separate written agreement.

If Edison Ledger offers a trial period, promotional rate, or limited refund window, those terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Subscription Access

Access to subscription services may depend on the specific plan purchased. Edison Ledger reserves the right to update, improve, modify, pause, or discontinue certain subscription features at any time.

If a service includes publishing, content placement, press release distribution, or advertising visibility, Edison Ledger does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, engagement, conversions, sales, media pickup, or business outcomes.

Sponsored Content and Publishing Subscriptions

For subscriptions involving sponsored content, thought leadership, press releases, or publishing services, subscribers are responsible for providing accurate, lawful, and approved content materials.

Edison Ledger may review, edit, reject, remove, or request revisions to content that does not meet editorial standards, legal requirements, platform guidelines, or brand safety expectations.

Subscriptions do not guarantee publication of content that is misleading, unlawful, defamatory, harmful, spammy, deceptive, or inconsistent with Edison Ledger’s editorial standards.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity connected to your subscription account, including authorized users, submitted content, billing information, and communication preferences.

You agree not to misuse the subscription service, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful materials, or use Edison Ledger’s services for illegal or deceptive purposes.

Price Changes

Edison Ledger may update subscription pricing from time to time. When possible, we will provide notice before material pricing changes take effect.

Price changes may apply at the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, Edison Ledger may attempt to process the payment again. If payment remains unsuccessful, your subscription access may be paused, downgraded, or canceled.

You remain responsible for any unpaid fees related to services already provided.

Termination

Edison Ledger reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscription if a subscriber violates these terms, fails to make payment, submits prohibited content, abuses the platform, or engages in conduct that may harm Edison Ledger, its readers, contributors, partners, or advertisers.

No Guarantee of Results

Subscription services are designed to support visibility, publishing, content syndication, brand awareness, and business communication. However, Edison Ledger does not guarantee specific results, including search rankings, media coverage, website traffic, lead generation, revenue, audience engagement, or customer acquisition.

Changes to These Terms

Edison Ledger may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of subscription services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
