The promotion recognizes the operating standard behind AquaShine Express’ growth and the launch of Cruz Express Oil
CHARLOTTE, N.C., Oct. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — QC Capital Group, LLC today announced the promotion of Chris Stevens to Chief Operating Officer of AquaShine Express and Cruz Express Oil. Stevens, who joined the platform as Vice President of Operations in October 2025, will oversee operations across both brands.

Stevens’ promotion comes during a period of growth for the platform. AquaShine Express operates 11 express car wash locations across Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina, and Cruz Express Oil provides quick-lube service at sites in Georgia.
As Chief Operating Officer, Stevens oversees how sites are run, how teams are trained, and how the customer experience is maintained across both brands, carrying the operating standard the platform has become known for.

Stevens brings nearly two decades of express car wash operations leadership to the role. He joined AquaShine Express in October 2025 as Vice President of Operations, providing full P&L oversight across a multi-state portfolio, and previously held Vice President of Operations roles at ModWash and Dream Clean Car Wash following four years as Regional Director of Operations at Whistle Express Car Wash. His career foundation includes site-level management at several leading car wash operators, and he is certified in Car Wash Multi-Site Management, Sonny’s Controls, and Car Wash Equipment Repair.

Both brands continue to operate under the model that has driven the platform’s growth: operator-led sites built on essential services, and a customer experience maintained at the location level.
